We're partnering with a rapidly growing company that is expanding its U.S. operations and looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its finance team. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to build reporting processes, support strategic growth initiatives, and work closely with executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Own monthly financial reporting and analysis
• Perform Budget vs. Actual variance analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Analyze operating expenses and business performance
• Support organizational growth and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with ERP implementation and finance transformation projects
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of Financial Analysis experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling
• Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or MedTech
• NetSuite experience
• ERP implementation or system migration exposure
