Associate Recruitment Manager - Non-IT at Pacer Staffing Inc.

Location: Remote in Arizona, PHX area preferred. Some office time. Not required but encouraged.

Duration: 6 Months (Potential to Extend and convert to full-time. No guarantee. Conversion salary: $100-115k annually)

Hours of operation: 8-5 Arizona time. Some OT may be required.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Handle month-end close, revenue, balance sheet, reconciliation, journal entries, and Excel reports. Work on Medicaid reporting and quarterly reports.

Summary:

• Gather and analyze financial information, conduct quantitative analyses affecting investment programs.
• Analyze and communicate financial information for clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports: income statements, balance sheets, earnings or expenses forecasts.
• Prepare reports for regulatory authorities.
• Manage budgets to meet financial goals.
• Oversee investments, manage risks, supervise cash activities.
• Execute capital-raising strategies for expansion.
• Oversee credit issuance, establish credit criteria, monitor collections.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication, attention to detail, critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Analyze business trends, project revenues and expenses.
• Knowledge of economic, accounting principles, financial markets, and data reporting.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's in accounting or related field required. Advanced degree preferred. 8-10 years of financial/accounting experience required.

Nice to haves:
