CFS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own and drive the FP&A function, working directly with executive leadership to shape strategy and growth. This newly created role offers visibility, autonomy, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing organization in Connecticut.

In this position you will build models, forecasts, and long-range plans, provide actionable insights, and deliver executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance required.
• Strong FP&A with advanced financial modeling.
• Heavy data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the FP&A function.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning tools.
• Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Evaluate business performance, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Support acquisition analysis and integration initiatives.
• Improve reporting processes and implement scalable FP&A best practices.
• Deliver insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and growth.
