Job summary

CFS in the Hartford, CT area is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a newly created Corporate FP&A role. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize financial performance.

You will build and maintain complex financial models, prepare reporting packages, budgeting, and forecasts, and monitor KPIs. This position offers visibility with the CFO and Corporate Controller, autonomy, and a strong path for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership by delivering financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare financial reporting packages, variance analyses, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support operational and corporate initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support corporate finance projects and other strategic initiatives as needed.
