Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a financially skilled Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. The role involves analyzing and summarizing financial data, budgeting, forecasting, and driving BI-driven reporting.

You will partner with multiple business units to improve financial performance and support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, is CPA-track oriented, and proficient with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA-track is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to build financial models and business cases.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Provide executive summaries on key indicators (Sales, GM, Inventory, Payroll).
• Analyze complex financial data and present results and recommendations to management.
• Support senior management with in-depth analysis and proformas.
• Drive standardization and process improvements across planning processes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports; perform ad-hoc reporting.
• Support annual budgeting and alignment with business initiatives and trends.

The position will work as an integral member of an experienced and highly skilled Finance team and responsible for analyzing and summarizing financial and operational data within their respective business unit. Services provided to the business units will include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, strategic financial planning, analytics, reporting, as well as working alongside each defined business unit to help them achieve their financial goals.This role is a great opportunity for an individual seeking an opportunity to drive financial performance and implement new processes, reporting, and analytics while fine-tuning technical skills and understanding the growth pillars and strategies of the business. This role blends deep technical analytics and development skills, finance controlling and planning, business stakeholder communications, and near/long-term strategic decision-making.
