Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Financial Aid in processing federal Pell grants and Direct Loans.
• Respond to COD inquiries and manage disbursement workflows.
• Coordinate outside scholarships, VA/TA, and other aid.
• Lead endowed scholarship awarding and maintain related data.
• Reconcile Pell and Direct Loan programs and support annual audits.
• Counsel students and families on financial aid eligibility and awarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional requirements.
