• Counsel and advise students/families regarding financial aid
• Stay current in all aspects of FA through training and webinars
• Develop policies and procedures; train staff
• Assist students and families with FA processes across programs
• Manage federal and state financial aid programs and related tasks
• Support automation and reporting for Colleague
• Present Financial Aid information at Admissions events; occasional travel may be required
• Work independently, meet deadlines, and handle other duties as assigned
