Responsibilities

• Administer federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure adherence to USDOE policies and other regulatory bodies.
• Student packaging, awarding, verification, and disbursement processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to maintain compliance.
• Provide comprehensive financial aid counseling to prospective and current students and families.
• Guide students through FAFSA completion, verification requirements, and funding options.
• Resolve complex financial aid issues with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Utilize and maintain student information systems for accurate processing and reporting.
• Performs exit interviews and loan counseling at graduation.
