Wright-Patt Credit Union in Beavercreek, OH seeks a Senior Sales Assistant to support Senior Financial Advisors by handling administrative tasks, client service, and compliance-related activities. This role focuses on enabling advisors to spend more time with member-owners and to grow production.

The SSA will manage paperwork, transactions, information gathering, and policy adherence to minimize risk, while supporting marketing and scheduling efforts within a Busy member center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 10 years of experience.
• FINRA Series 7 securities license is required.
• FINRA Series 66 securities license required within 6 months of employment.
• Life, health, variable products insurance licenses in all states where doing business desired within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provides admin/operational support to Financial Advisor to keep member-owners in front of clients.
• Assists member-owners via face-to-face and telephone service; answers questions and provides information.
• Coordinates the Financial Advisor's appointment schedule and referral system.
• Acts as lead sales assistant, guiding sales assistance and operations support to Division Manager.
• Acts as marketing coordinator for Financial Advisors.
• Coordinates regulatory compliance tracking and issue resolution.
