Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 7 with Series 65/63.
• Life and Health licenses preferred.
• Experience with retirement plans and employer-sponsored plans preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial plans for clients based on goals and risk tolerance.
• Provide investment recommendations and portfolio guidance.
• Deliver ongoing client service, reviews, and plan updates.
• Discuss insurance and annuity solutions as part of planning.
• Support retirement plan relationships and employer-sponsored plans.
• Engage in broader planning conversations including retirement income and wealth management.
• Build and manage strong client relationships through communication and follow-through.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support advisor and retirement plan experience.
