Qualifications

• Previous brokerage or financial advisory experience
• Series 7 required
• Series 66 or 63/65 required
• Appropriate state insurance licensing preferred
• Strong knowledge of investments and financial planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with individual and high-net-worth clients
• Provide investment recommendations and financial solutions based on client goals
• Build practice through established internal referral network
• Conduct client appointments with licensed referral partners
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and develop new business
• Provide ongoing advice and service to existing clients
• Coach licensed professionals on identifying opportunities and client conversations
• Grow investment business through your assigned market
• Conduct educational seminars and client events to generate business
• Maintain knowledge of investment products and markets
• Meet production and client-experience goals within regulatory standards
