Qualifications

• Previous brokerage or financial advisory experience
• Series 7
• Series 66, or Series 63 and 65
• Appropriate state insurance licensing
• Strong investment and financial solutions knowledge
• A demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships
• Strong consultative sales and presentation skills
• The ability to explain complex investment concepts in a straightforward way
• Experience working collaboratively with referral partners
• An interest in coaching and helping other professionals become more effective at identifying investment opportunities
• A track record of achieving production goals while putting the client's interests first

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with individual and high-net-worth clients
• Provide investment recommendations and financial solutions based on each client's goals and objectives
• Build your practice through an established internal referral network
• Conduct individual and joint client appointments with licensed referral partners
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and develop new business
• Provide ongoing advice and service to existing clients
• Coach and develop licensed professionals on identifying investment opportunities and initiating effective client conversations
• Develop strategies for growing investment business throughout your assigned market
• Conduct educational seminars and client events to generate additional business
• Maintain strong knowledge of investment products, securities markets and financial planning strategies
• Manage your business toward established production and client-experience goals while maintaining appropriate regulatory and compliance standards
