Job summary

You will develop and manage relationships with clients, provide investment solutions, and leverage an established referral network. Ideal candidates have brokerage or advisory experience, hold Series 7 and Series 66 or 63/65 licenses, state insurance licensing, and strong sales and communication skills to grow production while serving clients’ best

Qualifications

• Previous brokerage or financial advisory experience.
• Active Series 7 license and Series 66 or 63/65 as applicable.
• Applicable state insurance licensing.
• Strong investment and financial solutions knowledge.
• Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Excellent consultative sales and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly.
• Experience working with referral partners.
• Interest in coaching other professionals to spot opportunities.
• Track record of achieving production goals with client interests first.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with individual and high-net-worth clients.
• Provide investment recommendations and financial solutions aligned with goals.
• Grow practice through an internal referral network.
• Conduct appointments with licensed referral partners.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and grow assets.
• Provide ongoing advisory services to existing clients.
• Coach licensed professionals on identifying opportunities.
• Develop strategies to grow investment business in your market.
• Host educational seminars and client events to generate business.
• Maintain knowledge of investment products and markets while adhering to compliance.
