Gilder Search Group is partnering with a nationally recognized financial services organization to expand its investment and wealth management presence in Barrington, IL. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with individual and high-net-worth clients within an established referral network.

You will provide investment solutions, coach licensed professionals, and grow production while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Previous brokerage or financial advisory experience
• Licensing requirements include Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63/65
• Strong knowledge of investments and financial planning strategies
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent consultative sales and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with individual and high-net-worth clients
• Provide investment recommendations and financial solutions based on client goals
• Build practice through an established internal referral network
• Conduct client appointments with licensed referral partners
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and grow assets
• Provide ongoing advice and service to existing clients
• Coach and develop licensed professionals on investment opportunities
• Develop strategies to grow investment business in the market
• Conduct educational seminars and client events
• Maintain knowledge of investment products and markets
• Manage business toward production and client-experience goals while adhering to regulatory standards
