Responsibilities include driving sales targets, developing new business through seminars and outbound calls, and coordinating with a team to provide fiduciary guidance and robust client experiences.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• FINRA Series 6, 63 & 65 Licenses OR FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses.
• Life and Health Insurance Producer’s License.
• Completed LTC Continuing Education Requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of financial industry.
• In-depth experience with managed products and fee-based advice.
• In-depth understanding of deposit and loan products.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial and investment planning and advice.
• Supports achievement of sales and performance targets for new asset sales and financial planning.
• Implements business development strategies to acquire new business and referrals.
• Identifies opportunities to generate referrals for banking products.
• Coordinates and executes strategic initiatives and reports.
• Builds and analyzes dashboards and reports for performance and insights.
• Ensures risk and compliance processes are followed.
