Job summary

Procyon seeks an accomplished Financial Advisor to drive growth by sourcing, cultivating, and closing high-value client relationships. You will deliver comprehensive wealth management, blending investments, planning, tax, and risk strategies.

You will leverage Procyon's platform—planning, investment teams, and specialists—to scale your practice while providing a white-glove client experience. A proven entrepreneurial mindset and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum $40 million in current, transferable client assets under management (AUM) required.
• Clean U4 — no disclosures, customer complaints, or regulatory actions.
• Minimum 3 years as a financial advisor with a track record in business development and closing new clients.
• Series 65, or ability to obtain within 3 months of start date.
• CFP, JD, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred; expert in financial planning and wealth strategy.
• Proven ability to source, cultivate, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the firm's growth by sourcing, cultivating, and closing new client relationships.
• Build and execute a personal business development plan leveraging referrals and Procyon's marketing.
• Develop Centers of Influence through networking and events; deliver expert presentations to close leads.
• Serve as trusted lead advisor across investments, retirement, estate, tax, and risk.
