Job summary

Procyon, a premier wealth management platform, seeks an established Financial Advisor. You will drive new business, close client relationships, and deliver planning-led wealth management across investments, tax, and risk.

Leverage our full platform to scale your practice with a white-glove client experience. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years as an advisor, a transferable 40M+ AUM, and Series 65 eligibility, with CFP/JD/CPA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum $40 million in current, transferable client assets under management (AUM) required.
• Clean U4 — no disclosures, customer complaints, or regulatory actions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial advisor with a proven business development track record.
• Series 65, or ability to obtain within 3 months of start date.
• CFP, JD, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred; expert in financial planning and wealth strategy.
• Proven ability to source, cultivate, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, with ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High personal integrity with a clean compliance record.
• Team player with a drive to grow the practice.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by sourcing, cultivating, and closing new client relationships.
• Build and execute a personal business development plan leveraging referrals and firm marketing.
• Develop Centers of Influence through networking and events.
• Deliver expertise-driven presentations to close leads and referrals.
• Serve as trusted lead advisor for investments, retirement, estate, tax, and risk.
• Build long-term client relationships and proactively address goals.
• Coordinate meetings, deliverables, and follow-up with clients.
