Job summary

Procyon is seeking an accomplished Financial Advisor to drive growth by sourcing and closing new client relationships, leveraging the firm’s planning-centric wealth platform. You will manage planning-led advice across investments, retirement, estate, tax, and risk.

Ideal candidates have a transferable book of business, 3+ years of advisory experience, and credentials (Series 65, CFP, CFA, CPA or JD) with a proactive, client-centric approach. Hybrid work and designation reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum $40 million in current, transferable client assets under management (AUM) required.
• Clean U4 required — no disclosures, customer complaints, or regulatory/compliance actions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial advisor with a track record of business development.
• Series 65, or ability to obtain within 3 months of start date.
• CFP, JD, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred; expert in financial planning, investments, and wealth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by sourcing, cultivating, and closing new client relationships.
• Build and execute a personal business development plan leveraging referrals and firm marketing.
• Develop Centers of Influence through networking and events.
