Moneybox is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to act as the technical anchor for complex pension cases, ensuring the advice output is right for customers. You will coach junior staff, manage escalations, and contribute to the governance framework while collaborating with product and risk teams. Hybrid work with UK-based location.
You will lead on high-stakes retirement planning, contribute to House Rules, and maintain strict compliance with consumer duty and regulatory standards.
At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. We’re guided by our belief that wealth isn’t about the money, it’s about the means to more: more freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind.
Moneybox is an award-winning wealth management platform, helping nearly two million people build wealth throughout their lives, whether they're saving and investing, buying their first home, or planning for retirement.
And now Moneybox is building the means to help more people in more ways - through personal financial advice. We believe that great advice should be available to everyone, at every stage of life, and that technology can help us deliver it with the care, clarity and accountability people deserve.
We're building a new kind of advice service from the ground up, and the people who join us now will help shape how millions of people plan for their future.
The Senior Financial Advisor is one of the most experienced practitioners in the advice team. You are the technical anchor for complex cases — particularly pension consolidation and drawdown — and you carry significant accountability for the quality and suitability of advice we deliver to customers.
You will work alongside the Advice Engine rather than replacing it: the engine generates the plan, and you ensure it is right for the customer. You will also play a leading role in shaping the House Rules that govern advice outputs. You will coach less experienced Advisers and Money Guides, and be the senior point of escalation for the team to deliver good advice outcomes. You may have line manager responsibility for a team of Financial Advisers.
