Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services seeks a Sr. Financial & Actuarial Consultant to lead a team delivering actuarial and underwriting guidance for health and benefits clients. The role includes mentoring, client-facing support, and enhancement of tools and templates to drive quality and ROI.

You will partner with regional leadership, oversee capacity and deliverables, and represent the FAC group in client meetings, ensuring alignment with Gallagher standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in Health and Benefits with Broker or Carrier focus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for client reporting.
• Comfort with underwriting tools, financial projections, and actuarial concepts.
• Experience with Gallagher tools, templates, and data reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of financial and actuarial professionals to deliver high-quality client work.
• Mentor analysts and consultants; develop structured training resources.
• Represent FAC in client or prospect meetings; drive best-practice adoption across regions.
