• Active CPA required with no exceptions.

• Meticulous with the ability to trace discrepancies to source data.
• Experience handling large, multi-system data sets and complex financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle close for fiduciary accounting in a cloud ERP, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Own period-end cash and fiduciary balances, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare external remittances and financial reports in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Bridge finance, operations, and external counterparties to improve processes and reinforce controls.
• Reconcile large data sets and translate results into actionable insights for leadership.
• Document and strengthen internal control environment as the organization scales.
