Qualifications

• Active CPA required; no exceptions.
• 2–5 years in accounting or finance; Big 4/public background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a drive to reconcile discrepancies.
• Fluency with complex financial data across multiple systems.
• Comfort learning new business software and AI-enabled tools.
• Clear, confident communication with leadership and external parties.
• Self-directed with proven ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle close for fiduciary accounting in a cloud ERP.
• Own period-end cash and fiduciary balances; trace discrepancies.
• Prepare external remittances and financial reports for partners.
• Bridge finance, operations, and external counterparties; improve processes.
• Reconcile large multi-system data sets and validate financials.
• Turn numbers into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Document and strengthen internal controls as the organization scales.
