Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior, Finance Transformation to lead and co-create finance transformation initiatives for the Power & Utilities sector. You will design operating models, drive FP&A improvements, and oversee finance systems and automation to deliver sustainable value.

You will work with senior leaders, shape strategic cases, and guide delivery across global client engagements, with substantial travel to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2-4 years relevant experience in consulting and power and utilities industry.
• Experience with P&U specific finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
• Business case development.
• Digital strategy.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency & operational risk assessment.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Finance sustainability.
