EY is seeking a Senior, Finance Transformation to drive finance operating model design and transformational programs for Power & Utilities clients. You will blend finance expertise with program and change-management skills to deliver sustainable value.

You will work with senior leadership and shape future-proof operating models that meet regulatory and control standards while leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Travel up to 60–80% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year)
• 2–4 years consulting experience in power & utilities
• Experience with P&U finance functions and apps such as SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan
• Business case development and digital strategy
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency & risk assessment
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap
• Finance sustainability
