Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years in consulting in P&U.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and apps (SAP, Oracle, Power Plan).
• Ability to develop business cases and digital strategy.
• Awareness of finance regulation and compliance.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Design finance operating models and processes.
• Lead FP&A, close, consolidation and reporting activities.
• Oversee shared services and outsourcing initiatives.
• Drive finance automation and system improvements.
• Engage with clients and lead workshops.
