Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting Finance Process and Systems Transformation.
• Deep technical knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes including Record-to-Report, Source to Pay, Supply Chain, FP&A, Quote to Cash, Tax, and Treasury.
• Proficiency in PMO and workflow tools such as Asana, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow; familiarity with NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic transformation initiatives in finance areas including Record to Report, Source to Pay, Quote to Cash, Hire to Pay, and Asset Management.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive large transformation initiatives.
• Lead PMO playbooks, artifacts, and project documentation; track progress with RAID logs and program plans.
• Develop and manage the Transformation Roadmap; build business cases for large initiatives and monitor benefits realization.
• Support transformation budget forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Build communications strategies and drive change management efforts.
