Competenze

• 8-10 years of tech experience, with transformation function exposure at a top tech company.
• Understanding end-to-end financial processes and internal controls at large-scale tech firms.
• Extensive project management, including system implementations and cross-functional programs.
• Experience in finance or enterprise engineering programs in tech companies.
• Strong AI and Data & Analytics skillset with automation mindset.
• Familiarity with CPMAI principles.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Asana platforms.
• Expertise in SAP (RAR, BRIM/SD, S/4HANA) and SFDC (CRM/CPQ).
• Deep understanding of unified financial systems and automation across domains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Hands-on, results-oriented leadership.
• Curiosity, self-starter, critical thinker.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage change.
• Passion for continuous improvement of systems and workflows.

• Drive change across the CFO organization and wear multiple hats (strategy development, deployment) to support the business.
