Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Business Transformation in a hybrid Santa Clara, CA role. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting Finance Process and Systems Transformation.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Supply Chain, demand planning, FP&A, Quote to Cash, Tax, and Treasury.
• Proficiency in PMO and workflow tools such as Asana, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow, alongside enterprise systems like NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive change and facilitate alignment across cross-functional leadership teams.
• Prior experience in technology or SaaS, supporting cloud-based service offerings with finance process rationalization and AI-enabled transformations.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic transformation initiatives in finance areas including Record to Report, Source to Pay, Quote to Cash, Hire to Pay, and Asset Management.
• Partner with Finance, IT, CloudOps, Security, GTM, People & Culture, Legal to drive large transformations and scalable finance function.
• Assess and optimize tech stack (ERP, EPM tools) and drive best-in-class system implementations.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation strategy to enhance customer, vendor, and employee experiences.
• Develop and maintain PMO playbooks, RAID logs, and project documentation; track progress of initiatives.
• Develop and manage Transformation Roadmap, build business cases, and monitor benefits realization.
• Support transformation budget forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Create communications strategy and lead change management efforts.
• Develop training materials and communications to support adoption.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Business Transformation to join our team. This is a Hybrid role in Santa Clara, CA reporting to the Vice President, Business Transformation in the Finance department. To support our exponential growth, you will serve as a strategic lead for finance transformation working closely with senior Finance leadership and other cross-functional teams while also supporting post-merger finance integration in a PMO capacity in case of an acquisition.

What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

• Manage strategic transformation initiatives in key areas driven by finance including Record to Report, Source to Pay, Quote to Cash, Hire to Pay and Asset Management.
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders from Finance, IT, CloudOps, Security, GTM, People & Culture, Legal, etc. to drive large transformation initiatives that will help build a scalable Finance function.
• Understand the current state of our tech stack, including but not limited to ERP (NetSuite), Coupa, ServiceNow, Workiva, Snowflake, Adaptive (or other EPM tools) etc. and partner with IT to drive implementation of best in class systems and architecture to achieve operational excellence.
• Work with the Leadership team to drive implementation of AI-enabled transformation strategy that enhances customer, vendor and employee experience.
• Lead the development of leading practice PMO playbooks and artifacts. Leverage the playbook to manage and track progress of the transformation initiatives, including managing program plans, RAID logs, project documentation, etc.
• Work with leadership to develop and manage the Transformation Roadmap. Develop business cases for large initiatives, track achievements and support in benefits realization.
• Support in managing transformation budget including monthly forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Build robust communications strategy and support change management efforts.
• Drive the development of change management artifacts such as training materials, communications, etc.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem‑solving
• 8+ years of experience supporting Finance Process and Systems Transformation
• Deep technical knowledge of end‑to‑end Finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Source to Pay, Supply Chain, demand planning, FP&A, Quote to Cash, Tax, and Treasury within a fast‑paced corporate environment
• Proficiency in PMO and workflow tools such as Asana, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow, alongside functional knowledge of enterprise finance systems like NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and Snowflake
• Proven program management expertise with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive change and facilitate alignment across cross‑functional leadership teams

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience in the technology or SaaS industry specifically supporting cloud‑based service offerings, with a deep understanding of industry-specific business and finance processes

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base Pay Range

• $150,500—$215,000 USD
