Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or finance transformation.
- Minimum of 3 years in a Big 4 audit or finance advisory practice.
Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains the finance capability inventory and maps capabilities to end-to-end processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R).
- Documents finance processes, controls, and supporting systems with cost and manufacturing accounting considerations.
- Develops analyses and business cases to support transformation initiatives and project management.
- Benchmarks finance capabilities against leading practice to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Surfaces data gaps and recommends actions for executive decisions.
