Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Technology - Revenue & Billing to own the revenue lifecycle technology, including timekeeping, billing, eBilling, and related integrations. You will partner with Finance, Billing, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into configuration, testing, and support processes.

The role requires 5+ years of functional/analyst experience with enterprise systems and strong collaboration across multiple stakeholders to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years of experience as a functional analyst, business systems analyst, product analyst, or application support professional working with financial or enterprise business systems.
• Experience supporting an ERP, financial management system, or comparable enterprise application; Aderant Sierra experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess cross-system impacts and excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT functional analyst for time capture, prebill, billing, and revenue processes.
• Investigate billing-cycle issues and interface exceptions that could delay invoice generation or revenue reporting.
• Partner with Billing and Pricing stakeholders to evaluate enhancements and ensure compliance with controls.
• Support critical billing periods and coordinate validation for billing, timekeeping, and revenue changes.
• Own integrations from a functional perspective, including data mapping, testing, and coordination with developers.
