Formación

• Experience as IT functional analyst for billing or revenue systems.
• Familiarity with timekeeping, billing, and eBilling processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as IT functional analyst for time capture, prebill, billing and revenue processes.
• Support billing configuration, templates, and revenue reference data.
• Investigate billing-cycle issues and interface exceptions affecting time capture or invoices.
• Partner with Billing and Pricing to evaluate enhancements and validate changes.
• Support critical billing periods and coordinate validation for billing and revenue changes.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure data accuracy.
