Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Technology - Revenue & Billing in Austin. You will own functional operations for timekeeping, prebill, billing, eBilling, and revenue reporting, coordinating with Finance, IT, and vendors to translate needs into reliable configurations and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science.
• Five+ years as a functional analyst or similar in financial/enterprise systems.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems; Aderant Sierra preferred.
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, document designs, write test scenarios and support releases.
• Knowledge of enterprise data mappings, interfaces, reconciliation and error-handling.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT functional analyst for time capture, prebill, billing, eBilling, and revenue processes.
• Support billing configuration, templates, attributes, and reference data to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve billing and revenue gaps.
• Collaborate with Billing and Pricing to prioritize changes and validate controls.
• Lead or support testing, validation, and sign-off for releases and fixes.
• Own integrations end-to-end from a functional perspective and maintain specs and process docs.
