Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Senior Analyst, Finance Technology - Revenue & Billing to drive the operation and continuous improvement of the firm’s revenue lifecycle tech. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years of experience as a functional analyst, business systems analyst, product analyst, or application support professional working with financial or enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting an ERP, financial management system, or enterprise application in a production environment; Aderant Sierra experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, document functional designs, write test scenarios, manage defects, and support production releases.
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations, data mappings, and interface monitoring; hands-on software development not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT functional analyst for time capture, prebill, billing, eBilling, bill delivery, cost recovery, pricing, and related revenue processes.
• Support billing configuration, bill groups, billing rules, templates, addresses, matter billing attributes, and revenue-related reference data.
• Investigate billing-cycle issues and interface exceptions that could delay time capture or invoice generation.
• Partner with Billing and Pricing stakeholders to evaluate enhancements and validate changes.
• Support critical billing periods and coordinate production validation for billing and revenue changes.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into functional requirements and tests.
• Own assigned integrations from a functional perspective and ensure end-to-end processes.
