The role collaborates with Finance, Billing, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into reliable configurations and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years as a functional analyst or similar role.
• Experience with financial/enterprise systems; Aderant Sierra preferred.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, design processes, and support releases.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT functional analyst for time capture, prebill, billing, eBilling, and revenue processes.
• Support billing configuration, templates, and revenue reference data.
• Investigate issues impacting invoice generation and revenue reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate enhancements and validate changes.
