Job summary

The Town of Castle Rock is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to serve as the Finance Department’s functional owner of the financial management system and related applications. You will coordinate configurations, workflows, roles, access, and reporting to align system use with business processes.

• Ability to translate business needs into system configuration, workflows, and reports.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, consultants, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance Department’s primary functional owner for financial system processes, configurations, and reporting.
• Support configuration, testing, and improvement of financial modules, workflows, and forms.
• Coordinate user access controls, security reviews, and internal controls for system use.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, and change management.
