Responsibilities

• Perform analytical duties in the development of technology solutions for business processes.
• Plan, organize, define requirements, methods, and end user objectives; coordinate with team members, IT staff, users, and vendors.
• Interview, analyze, and document end-user processes and system requirements for enhancements or workflow improvements.
• Develop and execute system test plans to ensure application performance aligns with specifications.
• Prepare technical reports and workflow maps to facilitate understanding; may lead segments of larger projects and develop trainings.
