Job summary

Yale Cancer Center is seeking a finance professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for the department. Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial management for the department.
• Manage a centralized financial analyst team and ensure timely reporting.
• Develop standardized COA hierarchy and ensure consistent usage across sections.
• Provide financial analysis to guide short- and long-term strategic goals.
• Produce ad hoc reports, monitor closeouts and monthly variances.
• Collaborate with campus finance colleagues and department leadership.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and external regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
