Job summary

Lennar seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge Finance and Lennar Technology Group, focusing on Accounting, Treasury, Land, and FP&A. This role will translate business needs into functional specs and drive process improvements within Lennar's Oracle stack (E1 and Hyperion).

You will partner with finance stakeholders, support UAT, manage requirements, and collaborate across IT and vendors through the SDLC. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of core accounting and finance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle E1 finance modules.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion for budgeting/forecasting.
• Experience writing functional specs and conducting UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate requirements with Accounting, Treasury, Land, and FP&A stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional specifications and process flows for development teams.
• Conduct gap analyses between current-state processes and future-state functionality.
• Lead or support UAT for system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
• Coordinate with LTG, vendors, and business teams through the SDLC.
• Develop training materials and support end-user adoption.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance workflows and improve data accuracy and controls.
• Support design and validation of financial reports and dashboards.
