Lennar is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge Finance units and Lennar Technology Group, focusing on accounting, treasury, land, and FP&A. You’ll translate business needs into specs for Oracle E1 and Hyperion, drive process improvements, and support system enhancements at scale.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and vendors to ensure on‑time delivery and robust financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analyst experience supporting Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of core accounting/finance processes and Oracle E1 modules.
• Experience with Hyperion planning/essbase for budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to write functional specs, conduct UAT, and manage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into detailed specs and process flows for development teams.
• Lead or support UAT for enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
• Coordinate SDLC activities with LTG, vendors, and business teams.
• Support training materials and end-user adoption.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance workflows and improve controls.
