Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge Finance units and the Lennar Technology Group, focusing on core finance functions like General Ledger, AP/AR, and FP&A. You will translate complex requirements into specs and support Oracle E1 and Hyperion configurations.

The role requires strong business-process and data analysis skills, UAT leadership, and ability to drive process improvements across Accounting, Treasury, Land, and FP&A in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS or related field.
• 5+ years of business analyst experience supporting Finance, Accounting, or FP&A functions.
• Experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) finance modules.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, HFM, or Essbase for budgeting/forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across business/technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Finance business units and LTG to gather and validate requirements.
• Translate needs into functional specs and process flows for development teams.
• Lead or support UAT for system enhancements and deployments.
• Coordinate SDLC activities with LTG, vendors, and business teams.
• Support reporting and dashboards for Accounting, Treasury, Land, and FP&A.
