Job summary

Nscale in New York is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own finance applications around ERP (NetSuite) and the IT general controls over them. You will collaborate with finance process owners and report to the Director, Finance Tech, ensuring systems are supported, released, and compliant as Nscale scales globally.

Based in New York, you will advise leadership on system capabilities, lead implementations, manage access controls, and help drive efficiency with AI tools across finance

Qualifications

• Experience administering finance applications beyond ERP (procurement, planning, close, expense, treasury).
• Experience administering integrations between finance systems, including monitoring and data consistency.
• Experience supporting external audits from the systems side, including access and change evidence.
• Ability to design end-to-end system processes with controls and compliance in mind.
• Experience managing support queues across several systems with competing priorities.
• Willingness to stay current with product releases and take ownership of new applications.

Responsibilities

• Finance applications and support across procurement, FP&A, consolidation and treasury; maintain platform stability.
• Lead the systems side of new implementations and upgrades from requirements through testing and post-launch support.
• Own user access, provisioning, deprovisioning and reviews; be the technical contact for auditors.
