Job summary

Binance is hiring a Finance Ops & ERP Specialist to own Workday Financials administration, master-data governance, and cross-system integrations. You’ll optimize processes, support migrations, and implement AI-driven automations in a remote-first, fast-growing crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years in finance ops, systems admin, or ERP support.
• Strong Excel/Sheets; proficient in data cleaning and cross‑checking data.
• Experience building AI‑assisted automations or low‑code workflows with LLMs.
• Detail‑oriented, process-minded, clear written communicator.
• Genuine interest in crypto/blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Financials: user access, roles, approval workflows
• Maintain master data (vendors, customers, CoA, worktags) consistent across systems
• Support integrations between Workday, banking, and crypto tooling
• First-line support for finance, treasury, and accounting; troubleshoot and elevate as needed
• Configure workflows and reports; take part in UAT for system changes
• Support the Workday migration: data validation, cutover, hypercare
• Support close: journal posting checks, reconciliation extracts, reporting
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and user guides
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive finance ops tasks — data cleaning, report generation, ticket triage — and document reusable automations
• Support audits: access reviews, segregation of duties, change logs
