Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related
• 5+ years in finance ops, systems admin, or ERP support
• Strong Excel and data cleaning skills
• Experience building AI-assisted automations or low-code workflows
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication
• Genuine interest in crypto/blockchain

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Financials: user access, roles, approval workflows
• Maintain master data across systems (vendors, customers, CoA, worktags)
• Support integrations between Workday, banking, and crypto tooling
• First-line support for finance, treasury, and accounting; troubleshoot
• Configure workflows and reports; assist UAT for changes
• Support the Workday migration: data validation, cutover, hypercare
• Support close: journal checks, reconciliation exports, reporting
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and user guides
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive finance ops tasks and document automations
• Support audits: access reviews, segregation of duties, change logs
