Job summary

Binance is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to administer Workday Financials, maintain master data across systems, and support integrations with banking and crypto tooling. You will provide first‑line support for finance, treasury, and accounting while enhancing automation and data quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least five years in finance ops or ERP support; strong Excel skills and a passion for crypto are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Financials: user access, roles, approval workflows
• Maintain master data across systems (vendors, customers, CoA, worktags)
• Support integrations between Workday, banking, and crypto tooling
• First-line support for finance, treasury, and accounting; troubleshoot
• Configure workflows and reports; assist UAT for changes
• Support the Workday migration: data validation, cutover, hypercare
• Support close: journal checks, reconciliation exports, reporting
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and user guides
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive finance ops tasks and document automations
• Support audits: access reviews, segregation of duties, change logs

What you’ll do

• Administer Workday Financials: user access, roles, approval workflows
• Maintain master data (vendors, customers, CoA, worktags) consistent across systems
• Support integrations between Workday, banking, and crypto tooling
• First-line support for finance, treasury, and accounting; troubleshoot and elevate as needed
• Configure workflows and reports; take part in UAT for system changes
• Support the Workday migration: data validation, cutover, hypercare
• Support close: journal posting checks, reconciliation extracts, reporting
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and user guides
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive finance ops tasks — data cleaning, report generation, ticket triage — and document reusable automations
• Support audits: access reviews, segregation of duties, change logs

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, information systems, or related
• At least 5 years in finance ops, systems admin, or ERP support
• Strong Excel/Sheets; comfortable cleaning and cross-checking data
• Experience building AI-assisted automations or low-code workflows with LLMs
• Detail-oriented, process-minded, clear written communicator
• Genuine interest in crypto/blockchain

Nice to have

• Workday Financials exposure or certification
• NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Xero
• SQL or scripting (Python, Zapier/Make)
• Crypto ops tooling or digital asset accounting
• Startup / high-growth experience
