Job summary

RTX's Naval Power business seeks a motivated finance professional to join the DOD/FMS Performance Based Logistics (PBL), NRD Order, and PHD ORDALT Installation portfolio. You will manage financial operations and collaborate with internal and external customers, communicating clearly and learning quickly.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, at least 2 years of experience, and familiarity with SAP, PRISM, and cost/schedule controls.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar financial systems.
• Experience with Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC Process.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance .

Responsibilities

• Quarterly Development of Estimate at Completion (EACs).
• Deliver Monthly contract deliverables (CDRLs).
• Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, assisting with initial baseline for new awards.
• Support review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash forecast to Financial Planning.
• Summarize contract level inputs and updates to Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions.
• Develop, utilize, and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team
