Job summary

EverDriven seeks a Senior Manager, Finance to lead planning, forecasting, and reporting in a high-growth setting. You will partner with Accounting, Operations, Product, HR, and Tech to build robust financial models and scalable processes that drive strategic decisions and resource allocation.

You will own dashboards, insights, and executive-level communications, helping leadership optimize performance while maintaining strong controls and PE-backed rigor across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance, operations, or business strategy roles.
• Strong experience in cross-functional environments—including close partnerships with non-finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success managing financial planning and modeling, with a strong analytical foundation.
• Experience working in high-growth, private equity-backed companies is highly preferred; M&A modeling or post-acquisition integration is a plus.
• Industry experience in transportation, logistics, SaaS, or education is a bonus.
• Proficiency with Excel, NetSuite, Power BI, or FP&A platforms (Python a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of influence and collaboration.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis processes.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate key business initiatives, operational levers, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with functional leads across Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounting, Product, and Tech to translate needs into financial plans.
• Develop scalable processes and tools that drive efficiency and data-informed decision-making.
• Analyze key metrics, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities to leaders.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track financial and operational performance.
• Prepare executive-level materials and reports for senior leadership, investors, and the board.
• Translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize cost structures and forecasting accuracy; support internal controls and risk assessment.
• Provide mentorship to junior finance team members and foster a high-performing culture.
