Job summary

EverDriven, Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to shape financial operations, forecasting, budgeting, and planning in a high-growth environment. You will own core planning processes and deliver key insights to leadership while partnering with Accounting, Operations, Product, HR, and Tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance, operations, or business strategy roles.
• Experience working in high-growth, private equity-backed companies is highly preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication with non-finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel, NetSuite, Power BI, and FP&A tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate initiatives and investments.
• Partner with leaders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Product, and Tech.
• Create dashboards and reporting to track financial and operational performance.
• Prepare executive-level materials for leadership, investors, and the board.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Provide mentorship to junior finance team members.
