Job summary

Paytm Europe seeks a Finance & Reporting Manager to support the CFO in building and managing the core finance function. You will oversee accounting, statutory reporting, tax, treasury, and management reporting in a regulated, fast-growing payments business.

The role is hands-on, requiring ownership and close collaboration with external fiduciaire and auditors to implement robust controls, policies, and systems to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS reporting.
• Experience with statutory accounts and external audits.
• Ability to operate in a regulated, fast-growing environment.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with CFO and Board.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounting cycle management, including GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting to CSSF and other authorities; support client funds controls.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely, accurate outputs.
• Prepare financial statements under Lux GAAP and assist IFRS group reporting where applicable.
• Oversee external fiduciaire and accounting service providers; prepare statutory accounts.
