Job summary

Pearse Portfolio is seeking a Finance Manager to support statutory audits across multiple global entities and help build scalable, automated reporting infrastructure. The role partners with operations and compliance to ensure smooth financial processes and strong controls.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (CPA/ACA or equivalent) with ERP experience and a track record in financial and regulatory reporting within fintech or financial services.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (CPA, ACA or equivalent).
• Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Demonstrated experience in financial and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Experience within fintech or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support statutory audits for global entities.
• Assist with preparation of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to the month-end close process, preparing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Partner with the wider finance team on commercial finance and automation projects.
• Support the implementation of systems and tools to optimise financial processes.
• Carry out ad-hoc projects to support ongoing growth.
