Qualifications
- J.D. from a respected law school.
- Active California Bar membership.
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial or real estate finance.
- Strong drafting and transaction management skills.

- Draft and negotiate loan and security documents.
- Advise on UCC Articles and real estate secured lending matters.
